Initially, the wrong keyboard was sent. I contacted the seller, who was really helpful and apologetic. Couldn’t do enough to help, sent a replacement, express delivery, and issued a refund for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller. The product arrived as advertised and i could not be happier with it. But the main reason for the 5* review here is the awesome customer service i received from Sahara IT. I had initially ordered another screen but had to send it back and Tia from Sahara IT gave me regular updates by phone and text and made sure I got the best price and the new screen delivered in time. Above and beyond service!
